YOGA

Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India, and has been practiced for centuries to bring physical and mental harmony. It is a form of exercise that uses specific postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Yoga also offers a unique approach to stress relief, with its focus on mindfulness and relaxation. Through regular practice, you can gain greater physical and mental awareness, and a greater understanding of how your body works. Additionally, yoga can help you become more focused and mindful, and can even be used as a form of meditation. Yoga is suitable for all levels, ages and abilities, and can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

 

I offer a range of evening and morning classes in the Rugby district.  All my classes are suitable for all abilities including newcomers. My classes are creative and uplifting with a mindful approach, combining traditional Hatha Yoga, Yin, pranayama and somatic movement to create a unique practice. I am a 200-hour qualified Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance professionals, with further training in Yin and Pranayama.

Foot Massage

Thai Yoga
Massage & Reiki

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing art that works to release tension in the body and harmonise the flow of Qi. It incorporates gentle stretching, applied yoga postures and acupressure, all practised fully clothed on a Thai Massage mat on the floor.  This unique combination of modalities helps to restore balance and wellbeing to the body, mind and spirit.  A full body massage lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes and Reiki can be incorporated into this treatment.

Reiki is a Japanese healing practise which works on all levels, mind, body and emotions to reduce stress and promote relaxation. 

​
